I approach UX design with the user and their goals at the center of every project. When designing digital experiences for St. Vincent de Paul, I consider who will be using each platform, their level of technical comfort, and what they need to accomplish.

For example, when creating giving pages for fundraising campaigns, I design the donor experience to make the process of learning about the campaign and completing a donation simple, clear, and intuitive.

When designing our volunteer registration platform, I knew many of our volunteers are retired and may not feel comfortable navigating online sign-ups. I kept this in mind throughout the design process, creating a straightforward flow with clear steps, legible text, and easy-to-follow instructions. My goal is always to create accessible experiences that feel welcoming and easy to navigate for every user.
